Terms of Use.

Last updated: 27 October 2026. These terms govern your use of India of Tomorrow at indiaoftomorrow.com. They are written plainly. If something is unclear, email boban@proptefi.com.

The publication

India of Tomorrow is an independent editorial publication operated by Proptefi. It publishes founder profiles and editorial commentary. All content is original unless otherwise attributed.

Reading and sharing

You may read, share, and link to any article on indiaoftomorrow.com freely. You may quote up to 150 words from any article provided you clearly attribute India of Tomorrow and link back to the original.

You may not reproduce articles in full, republish them on another platform, or use them for commercial purposes without written permission from the editor.

Editorial accuracy

Every article published on India of Tomorrow is researched against primary sources and fact-checked before publication. We correct factual errors promptly when they are brought to our attention.

If you believe an article contains a factual error, email boban@proptefi.com with the specific claim and your source. We will review and respond within 5 business days.

Sponsored content

Sponsored placements are clearly labelled on every surface where they appear. Sponsors do not influence editorial selection or article content. Machine review and evidence gates determine admission to the record. No partnership bypasses those gates.

Partnership orders and rights

Category Sponsor supports a named editorial category, such as Fintech or Proptech. Principal Partner is the highest tier, using the existing presenting-band position for the agreed edition and term. A written order defines the category, editions, surfaces, dates, price and delivery commitments. One Principal Partner may hold that placement per agreed edition and term. Network scope and any additional exclusivity must be expressly agreed. Editorial-category sponsorship does not imply competitor exclusivity.

The publication drafts paid copy from the sponsor brief, assets and substantiated claims. One consolidated revision and approval of the sponsor's own paid creative are included; supplied copy is subject to editing and acceptance. Sponsors have no approval over records, articles, research or publication decisions. Paid creative is labelled Paid partnership where it appears. Proptefi retains a separate publisher credit.

The sponsor permits use of its approved name, logo, link and creative for the contracted placement and term, and may share approved paid creative with attribution. Editorial ownership remains with the publication. Article reprints require a separate written licence. Live web placement ends with the agreed term; renewal and rates are agreed separately. No perpetual placement, lifetime rate, early editorial access, implied endorsement or guaranteed profile is included.

Orders define delivery reporting and a replacement placement or other agreed make-good for undelivered contracted inventory. Audience size, impressions and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed. Newsletter reservations are conditional on verified signup, inbox delivery and unsubscribe. No guaranteed first send is offered before readiness, and undelivered newsletter inventory is not charged. Sent newsletter archives retain their original paid-placement disclosure.

Newsletter

Where newsletter signup is available, subscribing requests editorial emails about the record. No fixed cadence or first-send date is promised. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We do not sell or share subscriber email addresses. See our privacy policy for full details.
